An addition to Part I of December 2007 Guidance, to provide industry guidance on compliance with directions issued under the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008, Schedule 7. JMLSG today also publishes other minor amendments to Part I of its December 2007 Guidance.

The additional Guidance published today follows a period of public consultation. In response to comments received, amendments have been made to paragraphs 5.8.20 and 5.8.33 only.
