Following discussion among the members of the editorial panel we now publish the draft amended Part II guidance, Section 3 for e-money.

In view of the tight timetable we would be grateful for any comments by the original deadline of 7th September 2007. We would also draw your attention to the draft guidance on invoice finance published on 16th August.
